Returns 

We can only accept returns if there was an error on the website, an error in shipping or the goods are faulty. Returns will be accepted as long as the goods are unopened and returned within 14 days of the purchase date. A decision will be made for other circumstances at the discretion of the Website. Please note, the decision of the Website should be accepted as final.

 

Postage and packaging charges are not refundable unless the Website made an error.

Once we have processed the return we will refund the original credit/debit card with the purchase price of the goods. Please allow up to 28 days for the money to be credited back to your card.

 

Prices and stock availability

 

We endeavor to keep pricing and stock availability on the website accurate at all times. However, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or failure of the site to display correct pricing information. In the event of an item(s) being ordered from us which has (have) been priced in error we at all times reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money without notice.

 

Pre-Ordering

We offer users the facility to pre-purchase titles before they are released. The items will be dispatched as soon as the titles have been received by us from our suppliers. Please note, release dates are quoted in good faith and are subject to change.
