Postage and packing

The Website uses the Royal Mail to ship all items.  See Below for Postage Charges.
Shipping costs will be shown at the checkout. 
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

Delivery Times

 

All shipping is delivered by Royal Mail.

1. Orders shipped within the UK usually take between 3 – 4 working days.

2. Orders shipped to the rest of the world usually take between 5 – 7 days.

3. Public holidays and circumstances beyond our control can delay the arrival of goods so therefore please allow 14 days before contacting us regarding missing or lost packages.

Credit/Debit cards will be charged in advance of delivery at the time of ordering.

 

VAT and Customs charges

 

1. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

2. No customs charges should be applicable for items posted to the UK or Channel Islands.

3. For items posted to other locations there may be customs charges, import taxes etc.

The Website is not and will not be held responsible for these charges and it is your responsibility to check with your local customs department before ordering items.

When purchasing 3 CD’s for £12 you will be charged £19 including postage initially, a £3 rebate will be put back into your account once the order is confirmed
